The Forty is a unique facility to the Sioux Falls area. Our space gives teams the opportunity to perfect their craft during off season. Our batting cage and turf rental space is unique for baseball, as we offer 2 large batting cages and half of the large turf field for all baseball teams who book our space. This allows fielding and batting practice to take place at the same time without having to move nets around.

This is one of the few facilities around where you can throw the football and pop flies and not worry about having cables in your way. The football turf has NO overhead cables to block your passing. The space is truly unique and must be seen to appreciate. We are positive once you see it, you will not want to train anywhere else.

TURF FIELDS

FULL FORTY

The full forty is made up of Field A and Field B. Both fields are 25 yards each. Renting the full forty gives you the ability to run a full 40yard dash. Field A and Field B can be separated by a curtain wall.

FIELD A

Field A is 52' wide x 80' long. This field has access to an upper-level viewing area that allows the perfect spot to video and take photos.

FIELD B

Field B is 52' wide x 80' long. There is a 52' net on one end of the back side for a soft toss area for baseball and softball teams.

BATTING CAGES

The cage area has two batting cages that are 14' wide x 70' long. Items that are provided with the batting cages are (2) L-screens, (2) pitching mounds, tees, and baseballs/softballs. Just like at the field where bags are hung, there are cables located along the perimeter for bags to hang and kids to have easy access to their equipment.
